About Redskin Lanes Trunk or treat

 Trunk-or-Treat is an alternative to traditional trick-or-treat during the Halloween season and involves volunteers creatively decorating their vehicles/trunks and passing out candy. The benefit of Trunk-or-Treat is to provide a safer, more convenient environment for families to enjoy while still getting the experience of trick-or-treating. Children will still wear costumes but be able to make their rounds from vehicle to vehicle because we will be in a central location.  . 

Redskin Lanes will host  Trunk Or Treat on October 19th, 2024 In our parking lot from 

4:30pm to 6:30PM. Admission is free.

Redskin Lanes is currently seeking individuals to partner with us for this event. 

To register your trunk for the contest and to pass out candy, Please register with Dakota No later than October 17th, 2024 by calling 740-892-2000 EXT 5 or by sending an email to booking@redskinlanes.com

 Decorations should be family-friendly and appropriate for children. Avoid blood, gore, intense images, innuendos, demonic or satanic references. You can choose any theme you would like, But please remember to keep it family friendly. Prizes will be awarded for the best decorated trunk. 

 Each Trunk is responsible to Bring store-bought, individually wrapped candy to distribute to children. Other Options you may Consider also providing are non-candy treats, such as bubbles, temporary tattoos, stamps, rings, coloring books, or toys. 

 Vehicles must be independently mobile and fit in the parking space. Vehicles will not be allowed to move until the event has come to an end for participants safety.  Each vehicle gets one parking space.  An adult must remain with the vehicle at all times. Children must be accompanied by an adult.  

 Absolutely! The more the merrier. We  ask you sign up for each station that your family or group will be doing so we know how many vehicles and parking spots to plan for. 

 Your Trunk-or-Treat station will always need someone present during the event. We encourage small groups and families to divide their time so that everyone can enjoy the event and not have to man their station for 2 hours straight. 

 Participating vehicles will need to be parked in the designated area no later than 4:00 pm (you can come as early as 3pm). 

 Open up and decorate your trunk or the back of your vehicle. There are some great trunk decorating ideas on the internet!! Please refrain from anything overly spooky or gory. Possibilities could include a Halloween theme, sports, comic characters, Biblical, exotic locations, a particular decade- and can be as elaborate or simple as you wish. If lights are needed, please make sure they’re battery powered, as electricity will not be available on site.  Bring some lawn chairs to sit in and hand out candy to the kids! 

 This year’s event is 2 hours,

 Starting at 4:30 PM and Ending at 6:30 PM. Redskin Lanes will start awarding prizes for the best decorated Trunk 

no later than 5:30 PM. 

Drawing for the Raffle will take place after best awarded trunk contest.
